Short and free of legal jargon: what our site knows about you, why it needs it, and how you can opt out.

In short

We don't ask you for any data. There are no forms, accounts or newsletters here. The only thing we collect is anonymous visit statistics - and only if you click "Accept" on the bar that appears on your first visit. If you click "Essential only", we collect nothing.

What exactly we collect

We use Google Analytics - a tool that counts visits. It collects:

  • a shortened IP address (without the last part, so it doesn't identify a specific person),
  • device, browser and operating system type,
  • approximate location - city and country,
  • which pages you view and for how long,
  • clicks on key buttons: booking, phone, map, menu,
  • how far you scroll down the page,
  • how you found us - through a search engine, Instagram, or by typing the address.

What we don't collect: your first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number or anything that could identify you. We don't combine this data with any other database.

Why we need it

To know what works on the site and what doesn't. For example: whether people reach the menu at all, whether they look for us in Ukrainian, whether they click on booking. We also plan to run Google ads in the future - this data will then help us avoid wasting money on ads nobody cares about.

Legal basis

Your consent - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without it we collect nothing. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see below).

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

  • Remembering your decision about consent - so we don't ask on every visit. This record stays only in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) - stored only after you give consent. They allow us to tell whether the same person is returning or someone new has arrived. They expire after 2 years.

Who we share data with

The statistics go to Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), the provider of Google Analytics. Data may also be processed outside Europe, including in the USA - for this purpose Google applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and participates in the Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep the data

Statistics in Google Analytics are kept for a maximum of 14 months, after which they are deleted automatically.

How to withdraw consent

The simplest way: clear this site's data in your browser (in settings, usually under "Site data" or "Cookies"). On your next visit the consent bar will appear again and you can choose "Essential only".

You can also install the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on or enable cookie blocking in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Write to us and we will take care of it.

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
